Not able to find saved WEBI reorts in BO 4.0

Hi,

I am experiencing weird Web Intelligence 4.0 behavior, I have upgraded report from BO 6.5 to BO XI 4.0 but now am not able to edit report, Edit option is available but when click on it then it doesn't opens edit window. Also same report when i try to save with different name then its not available in BI launchpad but if i try to save it again with same name it shows warning that 'Reports already exists with same name. Do you want to overwrite it?'

I am working on BO 4.0 patch 11.
