WIS 30253 unable to refresh the document

Hi,
We have two environments DEV and PROD. We have migrated our Reports from Dev to Prod. The migrated reports works only for the Administrator Account, it is not working for rest of the groups (ERR:Universe not found).
I have tried to import the report from Infoview and opened them in the Webi, there also it is working for Administrator account for the rest it throws WIS 30253 (User does not have permission to refresh the document).
What is the issue here..? how can it be solved..
My guess is it is something related to Rights, If so where should i give the rights to the user..Can anyone help me in this..!!
