LOV Prompt issue in BOXI3.1 SP6 DESKI

Hi,

We are having (Protocol Number (Prompt) prompt object in universe. Actually user wants to sort out the list of values in report like a,A,b,B...z,Z.. But BO is giving priority to UPPER CASE over LOWER, i.e., A,B,C..Z,a,b,c..z.

Please could you confirm, if this is expected behavior or we need to do any workaround.
