Difference in Webi Page numbers generated(with Partial results)

Hi all,

I am seeing a strange issue in Webi report out of universe when opened in BI launchpad. When I run the report with and select universe level "context 1" it shows partial results with say 50 as max pages. In the second refresh if I select "context 2" it still shows partial results but the max number of pages is different like 9. I understand that is should have resulted in partial results in both runs based on selection criteria. But should the max pages  in both cases not be equal? All query parameters look good, like unchecked max rows and all but still see this weird issue. Version: BO 4.0 SP5 P6

Any help/pointers appreciated.
