Passing parameters from Dashboards to webi

Hi friends

I am trying my hands on webi and i am trying to pass the year ie selected via a combobox in dashboard to call a webi document where in i have set up a prompt wherin in values have put Years the opendoc url i am using is

http://<SERVER NAME>:<port>/BOE/OpenDocument/opendoc/openDocument.jsp?sIDType=CUID&iDocID=Af5ZPWGYF1FGmBWsT8etOVc&lsSYear="Sheet2!D3"

where sheet2!D3is the cell where i bind the values coming from combobox binding (CEll B3) using this ="&lsSQuarter="&B3

is the Url correct and in genereal can any one list me the correct steps to follow for passing parameters from dashboard to webi in 4.0

and in the above URL if i directly  pass the year as 2009 it goes to the webi and shows me the result for 2009

please advice guys how do i pass it from dashboards please help
