An error has occured; could not find the document

Hello SAPERS,

I have created a webi report (BO 4.0) and gave the url iview to the portal when I try to open the iview URL in the portal for the first time it comes up with the error "an error has occured; could not find the document".

But I refresh it for the consecutive time it runs fine without any problem.

If anyone can come with the idea so that my problem solved on the first attempt itself.
