Clear Filter option on Charts that has element linking setup

In BO 4.1, we can setup Charts with element linking providing a highly interactive, dashboard like interface. Once I click on an item the data in the report is filtered as expected. However, I don't see a way to clear the filter on the chart itself. We can only clear from the Input Control section which isn't ideal.

Is there a way to allow clear filters on the chart itself?
