Hello!
So here I am with a 2012 version of the question, what options are there to get functionality on the Infoview login page <or otherwise in a tool, etc> to allow Infoview accounts to be unlocked and/or passwords reset by the users, or at least a Help Desk that does not have access to CMC? I am the Admin for our Webi server and at this point it's all up to me. There has to be some options out there, hopefully sanctioned by SAP, to address this need.
I'm running IIS/.Net on this server. Any help would be appreciated!
