BO reports authentication from SQL Server through dynamic

Dear Experts,

We have a requirement for BO reports authentication through dynamic.

We have maintaining Users and Reports(WebI) details in a table in SQL Server, i.e., which report is assigned to which user.

Normally, providing permission to users to access particular report in BO CMC(which is static).

So we does not want to give reports level permission in BO CMC.

Users    Reports

User1    1,2,3

User2    2,

User3    3,4

User4    1,2,3,4,5

User5    5

If the SQL Server admin changes the report values in table, it have to reflect in Users on BO level,

it should be dynamic without touching CMC.

So, please help on this...
