Summing Measures without considering dimension

Considering the example below

CURRENT STATE:

Document NO               Item NO               Material NO          Issue Date           Amount

WHAT IS DESIRED

Nothing to display for two records.

I want to reach the result without removing Issue Date as the business users need to see it.

How could I achieve removing lines if amounts for the same document number and item number sums ZERO
