Desing mode disabled in Launch Pad

Hi All,

I have created a New Access level and assign that to a New User Group. When i Assign the new user group to the Folder and try to modify the WEBI document in that folder in Design mode, it shows as disabled. But in the access i have included Edit Objects in the General and Web Intelligence and BI Launch pad area.

Does anybody have any idea what is happening?
