Created a WebI recently on BOBJ 4.0 SP8 using BI Launchpad (WebI on BEx using BICS). (Stand alone env)
This WebI has 8 tabs in it. Saved it and reopened to see to my dismay that it shows up only 2 tabs out of 8 in the MODIFY mode. When I open it in the VIEW mode, I see all the tabs but when I try to rename the tabs, it saves them at that moment but when reopened still has the old names stuck.
I then opened it in MODIFY mode, go to the "Document Structure & Filters" vertical icon on the left panel and can see all the 8 tabs listed there fine. When I select each one it shows the report tab fine. But then again on the bottom panel, it only shows first 2 tabs at a time.
I moved this WEBI to another environment to see if its an environment issue and found out the the issue still exists. We also tried restarting the servers to see if it has an effect on this issue. I also tried opening it with RICH CLIENT but it still shows 2 tabs ion the bottom panel there as well.
This is very strange and am trying to figure out what can resolve this? Any suggestions on the troubleshooting?
