WIS 30951 Doc can't be retrieved from FRS

Hello folks,

  I have been working with Web Intelligence 4.0 SP 05 Patch 12, but in one of the client machine i'm getting the following error when i try to open all Web Intelligence documents:

         The document can't be retrieved from the File Repository Server.  (WIS 30951)

        but in others machines i can work with all the reports and with all the users.

Anyone have some ideas or suggestions to fix this problem?
