Set Variables window opens when going to Query Panel in BI 4.1

Hello,

When I go to the Query Panel using the Java viewer and SAP BW is the data source, I am now receiving a Set Variables window asking for input for my Prompts.  This is occurring in SAP BI 4.1 SP3.  This was not occurring in SAP 4.0.

Any idea how to fix this?
