Error while creating OLAP connection in IDT

Hi friends,

I am facing error while creating OLAP connection in IDT (BO 4.1 sp2)

I am using sql server 2012.In the screen shots you can observe server name and user name of the Sql server

I am creating OLAP connection to connect CUBE
