I have a table with account balances across several years. How would I be able to query certain tables, lets say, November 2013 to January 2014
Example Table

Wanting the result query:

Would be great too if it would result in concatenate headers:
| Acct | NOV 2013 | DEC 2013 | JAN 2014 |
| Revenue | 334 | 347 | 493 |
