WebI hierarchy #SYNTAX

Hello,

I'd created a report on top of BEx Query using a time dependent hierarchy (derived by input filter variable).

In design mode, I dragged the dimension to report and the hierarchy shows well and I publish the report in a folder.

When I open and refresh data, the hierarchy dimension was gone and I had just a message in a cell #SYNTAX. To go back to work, I need open the report in desgin mode to edit the query in WebI and refresh data to dimension is avaliable again.

I don't know if this problem is a time dependent hierarchy or BO transport data layer. In RSRT mode, that BEx query works well and in design mode

I'm using BO 4.1 SP3.
