How i get the right values when i have #VALEURMULTI (MULTIVALUES)

Hi everybody,

I have a field with multiple values. I want to take the correct value but always get #VALEURMULTI. The fonctions Max or Min it doesn't works cause i have a lot of values. I take all information from a base in Excel. Here is the photo:
