if i click on india it's going to be Redirect the india and their districts.

i kept report level filter. if i select any district then it will be hyperlink mode like see the image below.

if click on work flow it need to be showing above values starting balance '0' second '119' ....... below values not matching

in starting balance 0 it's fine but second 119 here we getting the more than 119.how wil achieve that.where is the problem in this plz help me.
