SAP BO XI R3 Cloning steps

Dear Friend’s,

We are currently running BO XI R3 on Windows Server 2003. As per part of  virtualisation project we have to move  BO instance from  physical server to VM Server. New VM server configuration is the same as current BO XI R3 Physical server.

Can you please advise how to move the BO XI R3 instance from One server to another server on the same configuration.
