Publication in BI Launch pad with dynamic parameters

Hi,

I created a webi report using SAP Business Objects 4.0.It has a prompt which will prompt the user to select a Product ID.

Now i have to generate a PDF document and place it into a share point location based on the no of Product IDs with out any manual intervention.

I mean if the product ID prompt has 10 List of Values then i should generate 10 PDFs(one for each Product Id) with the that Product ID as the PDF name.(e.g abc.pdf). and if those Product Id count increases down the line then those Many no Of PDF documents should be generated automatically.

I know that this can be automated and schedule the webi report using the Publications.

So please explain me with detailed step by step process how to achieve this in BI Launch pad.

Note: Also i need to know what level of accesses i need to have in BI Launch pad for publishing a Webi report.

I mean any CMC level changes to be done for my profile.
