Error when scheduling a report

Hi

I have a report I scheduled to run weekly and to send the reports by email on an Excel format. The report fail to run with the following error.

Can anyone help me? I went to FileStore\Output\a_154\147\002\168858 but the folder is empty.

Could not open the file C:\Program Files (x86)\SAP BusinessObjects\SAP

BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 4.0\FileStore\Output\a_154\147\002\168858\license
