Creating a percent variable that references a specific value in BO WEBI

Hello,

I'm trying to create percent variable that always divides by a constant value in BO WEBI 4.1. So Column D is always dividing by cell C2. For example, C3/C2, C4/C2, C5/C2 & C6/C2
