QAAWS(Web Service) not working

Hi,

We are using clustered BI4 SP7 (Tomcat web server and SIA server separately).

We published a web service from Web Intelligence report (InfoView Java applet or Rich Client). Created new document in Rich Client with web service as a data source. Submitted the URL. (example: http://botst4tomcat.domainname.ee:8080/dswsbobje/qaawsservices/biws?WSDL=1cuid=AS.37Ri5u3lLmurNiCdka4w). Selected all details for the web service and run the query.

ERROR occurs:

Error originates from the Personal Data Provider: Unable to retrieve data from the Custom Data Provider : an error occurred while fetching data through the iterator. (CDS 15115). (IES 10853) (WIS 10853)

Any ideas how to fix this problem, can anyone help?
