BI 4.1 New Features

Hi,

We are planning to propose BI 4.1 upgrade from BO3.1. Please can you suggest me the benefits of upgrading to BI4.1 and new features.

80 % of reports use bex as the source and I know BICS connection has improved performance in Webi by connecting bex query directly. Are there any other significant factors that would help my client?
