export excel big data

Hi everybody.

I have a report that have 380.000 rows.i am trying export to excel.when i use rich client(on server) exported 15 minutes and 109 mb excel file.

but when i try it from launcpad gives me error below.

here is the webi processing server settings about this;( i have 4 webi proc. server)

why it runs in rich client and not run in launcpad, and how can be reduce export time(about 15 minutes)
