Audit sample reports - ORA-12154: TNS:could not resolve connection

Hi,

We have uploaded the sample audit reports in our BO system (BO 4.1 SP 3

running on oracle 11g, webserver - apache tomcat/7.0.32, OS - Linux, IE - 8) available at the below location.

However, they are failing with the below error when we try to access them from BO launchpad.

Error:

The viewer could not process an event. Failed to execute query: 'ORA-

12154: TNS:could not resolve the connect identifier specified

'. Redesign your query or contact the data source maintainer to solve

Please check the attached error screenshot and logs.

We have also installed 32-bit oracle client on BO-CI server and updated the below env variables (as per KBA- 1906575) in the bash profile of <sid>adm user & restarted the instance. But still no luck..
