WebIntelligenceProcessingServer - initializing all time

Hi,

I faced big problem - from yeasterday WebIntelligenceProcessingServer  is still in initializing state. I've restarted this server, SIA, and event server where BO is installed. And nothing help.

In scheduled report I got error:

"Unable to connect to service WebiPlugin.WebiSession from server LPPLBO0002.emea.leaseplancorp.net:6400 via CMS osca:iiop://LPPLBO0002.emea.leaseplancorp.net:6400;SI_SESSIONID=167067JvjNzVblTn31gun3YwLVhm7,SI_SERVER_LOGON_SESSION=1 (FWM 01006)"

but I think it caused by initializing Webi server.

Any idea?
