how to sort data in a bar chart in webi 4.1

Dear moderators,

I posted a question this afternoon (9/26/2014), it was deleted by you. I'm not sure what rule I had violated.

I searched my question before I was doing post. In XI3.1, I was able to do sort and custom sort on the data for table and chart. Now, we lost the ability when our system was upgraded from XI3.1 to BI4.1.

I was hoping and also suggested by SAP staff if I could get help from the SAP community. My question was posted as

"how to sort data series in a bar chart in webi 4.1"

Please tell me what rule I violated, so I can change next time.
