Webi Web service publisher problem : xml/java error

I was adjusting my webservices when at a certain point the web service publisher screen schow me folowwing error

Unexcptected error : XML reader error : javax.xml.stream.XMLStreamException : ParseError at [row,col]:[1351,31] Message : XML document structures must start and end within the same entity.

I've searched the forum and google for errors in web service publiser but was unable to find anything. I requested a restart of the tomcat server on the server in hope it solves my issues.

any other ideads?
