BO Webi Prompt issue - ERR_WIS_30270

Hi,

We are getting the below error while doing refresh to a BO Prompt,

com.businessobjects.mds.olap.protocol.bics.BICSException: Number of members (x) exceeds 5,000 ; please do a search by elementinstead. Number of members (x) exceeds 5,000 ; please do a search by element instead.

When trying to do the element search getting below message,

- answerPromptsLov API -Error- ERR_WIS_30270

Current BO Version is: BI 4.0 SP5

Please suggest on this error.
