Unable to delete query

Hi

We are using BI 4.1. My user is  a full administrator in all folders and in the web intelligence application.

When I access a report with the HTML client for web intelligence it does not allow me to delete a query in a report. When I change my preferences and user Applet client it allow me to delete a query in a report. I am using the same report in both scenarios and I have replicated on difference reports.

Does anyone knows about this problem?
