BICS Connection

Hi Experts,

Request you all to help me out on the following

In BO 4.1 SP4

I'm trying to create a BICS Connection for the first time but am facing some difficulties while doing I've some queries and clarifications regarding this request all experts provide your inputs .

1) I'm trying to create a BICS Connection from CMC and am logging with Admin credentials and Authentication as Enterprise (Is this correct)?

2) I asked my Basis Consultant to create a Separate Service user ID alone for creating BICS Connection. If i create BICS using my credentials in future if some one deletes my user then connection will not work thats the reason i asked my Basis consultant for separate Service user ID for BICS alone and he assigned the roles for that service user -[Role - SAP_BC_JSF_COMMUNICATION_RO] this is the only role required to create a BICS Connection or is there any other roles ?

3) I want to create to Single BICS Connection only for all the BeX Queries ? how to create this(Please give me in CMC step by step procedure if any having it)

4)Do i need to configure any SAP Netweaver BW system to create a OLAP Connection? If yes,please tell me how to do it

Please help me out am literally confusing on this.
