Dear Experts,
We are using BO BI 4.0 SP8 Server on AIX server(WIth BI As backend in Landscape).While login to BI Launchpad/CMC we are getting account information not recognized as with below mentioned error.
Account Information Not Recognized: All the servers with CMS <ServerName>:6400, cluster @<ServerName>:6400, kind cms which host service null, are down or disabled.
Please find the below scenario.
Earlier we had the same problem.Then we have checked space allocated for files(OS Level).Due to 100% utilization of some files we have increased the space for that particular files.Then we have restarted the server.Finally it has working fine,
But now again the same error we are facing.
Does i need to restart the again ?
How to back trace the exact reason and what is the right solution(Permanent)?
