Radio buttons needed on Report

Hi experts,

      I want two tabs, on Report if i click tab 1a Block one should be shown,if i click tab2 Block 2 should be shown and Block 1 should get disappear,The chllenge here is how to get those tabs.

Please suggest me any idea.
