Strange Webi behaviour - different object value in webi & database

Hi All

I have a object in webi report , which is displaying different value.

In webi report it showing value as : ?Week of 7/15, asset will be transferred to Value Recovery?.

In back end(Oracle database) is showing value as : “Week of 7/15, asset will be transferred to Value Recovery”.

Note : As you can notice the double quotes are converted in question mark in webi.

This is strange but someone can tell why it behaving like this.
