Partial Result in LOV of Web Rich Client (BI 4.1)

I am facing a problem with Web Rich Client of BI 4.1 , not able to see all values in LOV of prompt.

Data base has crores of rows and my client want to see a perticular LOV which is having around 10 Lac records.

I had changed settings in Web Intellingece Processing Server and increased Maximum List Of Values Size (entries): to 10000000

also unchecked universe parameters viz Limit Size of Result Set and Limit Exceution Time.

I am getting proper result in LOV when i use Launch Pad.

But Rich Client is not giving me full set of LOV.

I found many solutions for BO 3.1 but its not applicable for BI 4.1.

Please suggest for BI 4.1
