Query re user prompt

Hi All,

How one can create a user prompt as shown in the below link?  As per this link there are four different values a user is entering:

a. 'Increasing Sales' - '% Change' : The '% Change' measure has to be sorted in descending order.

b. 'Increasing Sales' - 'Actual Change' : The 'Actual Change' measure has to be sorted in descending order.

c. 'Decreasing Sales' - '% Change' : The '% Change' measure has to be sorted in ascending order

d. 'Decreasing Sales' - 'Actual Change' : The 'Actual Change' measure has to be sorted in ascending order.

I am not sure how can I achieve that via a user prompt.

The way I know is thru webi query section but then it will do not show any results.
