Sections - Hide When : how to hide a section via a formula on a measure ?

Dear all,

In this Web Intelligence document on eFashion, I want to hide the sections having a Sales revenue > 13.000.000

• Query : Year - Sakes revenue
• Section on Year

This is the inital result :

Using the "Hide When" menu on the section, I specify this :

This results in hiding all sections.

Do I have to specify a context parameter ?

=[Sales revenue] in Section > 13.000.000 also hides all sections

PS. I'm isolating here a more complex problem. I know I can fix this by applying a query filter.
