We created a WebI report (Customer Master List with Specialty Hierarchy) on top of a BEx report using the BICS functionality.The report displays a list of customers with the specialty they have today, like, General Dentistry, Pediatrics, etc. We built the report primarily on top of 0CUSTOMER InfoObject and a few objects from a custom InfoProvider (extracts data from KNVV in ECC system). We have also created a Specialty hierarchy under 0CUSTOMER InfoObject which is a roll-up of all customers based on their specialties. When I add objects from only 0CUSTOMER, all fields rollup cleanly under the proper hierarchy nodes (screenshot-2 & 3) but when I add objects from the other dimension "Customer Group" , different customer groups are displayed at the parent node level(s) (screenshots-4 & 5). How can I hide the rows at the parent node level(s)? Please refer to the attached document for screenshots.
Note: We are running BI 4.1 SP4 on BW 7.31.
