Howto Import a .csv ?

Hello,

I'd like to use WebI to create a document only wtih imported data contained in a .csv file.

My WebI version is XI , version 12.3.0

I'm really surprised because I can't see in WebI where to create a new document and import my .csv file to make a document with tabs and graphs.

Could you help me please ?
