could not save the document to the repository for the following reason: [repo_proxy 58]

Hi All,

We are using BI4.1 with SP2 and when we try to save a report on enterprise we are getting the error stating that "could not save the document to the repository for the following reason: [repo_proxy 58] session Facade::sendAuditEvents - Failed to pAuditService->events() interface (SessionFacade::sendAuditEvents)item 1 was not found in the collection.(WIS 30567).

the surprising this is the report is saved though on the server. we are getting this error while using the WEBI rich client.

any help is greatly appreciated.
