I have a report that multiple leads use. It is security controlled (row-level security) so each lead only gets to see his/her data.
The data for the report only gets refreshed once a day. It takes about 2-3 minutes to run though and most leads are kind of of put off by that.
Is there a way to pre-cache the report at the start of the day so users don't have to actually "run" the report and thus eliminate the 2-3 minute wait time?
Scheduling, personalizing and sending the report to their BI Inbox is probably one method. I'd like to know if there is any other method that does not involve the BI Inbox?
