How to do prompts on To and From Dates

Hi Folks,

I need you help in Prompts mention in Heading like blow requirments.

1. Data need to populate in between To Date and From date in the webi reports

2. I need to insert headers and footers in my report.

3. Headers and footer always visible even data having thousands.(Like, even I scrool down, I want to see the headers/ footers constant)

4. I tried hiding a conditional column but it wont work out for me. (Ex: Need to hide sales revenue when I select All Valuses in "Lines=Accessories", I want diplay in sales revenue when I select remaining" Lines")
