BO4 - reports showing prompts with scientific notation

Hi,

When look at sql in some reports which have say product_num in

and user has select say 4123 when look at report sql will say prod_num in (scientific notation rather than 4123)

Results o.k.

Anuybody else seen this/know how to resolve?
