Webi Report very slow when I open in first time in Lauchpad

Dear All

I have a problem in my webi reports in SAP BO 4.1.

Hint:My reports are scheduled.

When I open my lauchpad and execute any report, it spend much time for open but if I open other document, It will open very fast. I can open all documents and they will open fast. But if I close my lauchpad and Open again, my first document will execute slowly
