How to create a report on Average time vs total Application

I have requiemrnts like below.

Kindly suggest me how to generate report on top of this requirments.

Cycle Time Vs Volume

The Average Cycle Time
Historical View chart will be a representation of the daily average time (in
hours) to complete requests over time. The Values of the X Axis will be
stratified by the application type (i.e. MasterCard, term loan etc…). The chart
will be a run chart and will have upper and lower control limits. The upper
control limit will be 7.25 hours the lower will be 0hrs.
