I have one business requirement where in the report should display all new columns from the table dynamically without adding them manually.
Complete information: We are getting set of questions and answers from one source system and we are storing all questions as a seperate columns in the reporting database. Answer for this question would be stored as row. All this process, we would be doing through SQL server package.
Finally we would need to display for each assessment number, what are answers for the questions.
There is a possibility of adding new questions and answers in the source systems and this new information would flown to the reporting database through SSIS package and it should automatically add to the report without doing code change to the BO universe and BO report.
Example:

Explanation: Yes and No are the Answers for the questions
questions are the new columns would be adding report dynamically.For eg existing report has quesiton1 to 3 and if there is any new questions(questions 4,5,6) added, it should automatically reflect in the report.
Please suggest any best possible approach to satisyfy this requirement.
