BI and Excel Data merge for keyfigures

Hi,

I have one query coming from BI Bex  and uploaded two excel file in webi. Data coming from bex have following fields:

VendorNumber     VendorPlant     Mat.Grp.     InvoiceDate     InvoiceAmount     OrderQty

invoice amount and invoice qty are keyfigures.

In first Excel I have

VendorNumber      DepoNumber     DocumentNumber     InvoiceQty

In Second Excel I have

DocumentNumber     keyfigure1     KF2     KF3     KF4     KF5

I have merge Bex-VendorNumber with Excel1 VendorNumber and Excel1 DocumentNumber with Excel2 DocumentNumber

Now my requirement is to see KF1 KF2 KF3 KF4 KF5 of Excel2 by VendorPlant that is coming from Bex report.

then do element linking to DepopNumber in Excel1 and see same key figures - KF1, KF2, KF3, KF4, KF5.

Is their any way I can create variable and show values accordingly.

When I am showing KF1-KF5 based on VendorPlant, it says Incompatible object and doesn't add in table view.

Please guide.
