Webi Publications - Possible To Send Multiple Versions of Report in One Email?

Hello,

I am using BOBJ 4.1 and I am setting up a Dynamic Recipient list to burst cost center reports to a group of managers. Some managers maintain 1 cost center while others maintain up to 10 cost centers. Currently a manager with 10 cost centers will receive 10 different emails, each with a report for one of the 10 cost centers. In order to reduce the number of emails a manager with multiple cost centers receives, I want to do either of the following two options:

1. Send one email to each user in a ZIP file. If the user has multiple cost centers, the ZIP file should contain one report for each cost center.

2. A user with 10 cost centers would receive 1 report that has data for all 10 cost centers in it. I'm thinking in the recipient list I would have the user, then for cost center I would have "cost center 1; cost center 2; cost center 3..." but this doesn't seem to be working.

If anyone has any insight into how we can reduce the number of emails a user with multiple cost centers receives, that would be a huge help.

Please see below for a simplified visual explanation of what I am trying to accomplish. I am using Cost Center Key as the determining factor for Personalization to each user.

Thanks,

John Cintolo

CURRENTLY EACH USER RECEIVES AN EMAIL ATTACHMENT LIKE THIS FOR EACH REPORT THEY ARE ASSIGNED

BUT JOHN HAS 3 COST CENTERS AND SHOULD RECEIVE EITHER 3 REPORTS LIKE ABOVE, ALL IN ONE ZIP FILE IN ONE EMAIL, OR ONE EMAIL AND ONE REPORT THAT DISPLAYS ALL 3 COST CENTERS IN IT LIKE BELOW:
